For a little while now, Stephanie and I have been working on a short film called "Shooting Stars," where I'm a self-righteous galactic finance executive and she's a well-intentioned space museum curator, relaxing with a few rounds of shooting asteroids out of orbit.

Over Thanksgiving, we shot the opening shot of sailing through space to get to the planet we're on—a camera "quick-gripped" to a C-stand arm.
